WELCOME

Hi,  I’m Paula, a licensed massage therapist and a nurse practitioner in my other career. I added massage therapy to my professional life because I deeply believe in the benefits of hands‑on work for stress reduction, pain relief, and overall wellbeing. My approach blends clinical knowledge with a grounded, intuitive style that supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Outside of work, I’m someone who loves movement — hiking, running, and staying physically active are a big part of my life. That personal connection to physical wellbeing shapes the way I practice: I understand how the body feels when it’s overworked, tight, or out of balance, and I tailor each session to help clients move and feel better in their daily lives.
